Hi GG! Whoa... that's a whole load of list! I tried making one just last night but ended at 18. 18 only. hahahahh... Looking at yours I've just gotten more idea. Good luck on that! And yes, one of my resolution is to start actively blogging again.
ReplyDeleteI tried to include those items where you are always like 'oh yeah, I've been meaning to do that' but you never get around to it. It helps me hold myself more accountable. With that being said, I only completed 019/100 last year...
DeleteLove this list! Well, I love all lists, really... But this one in particular is awesome!
ReplyDeleteI have the world's easiest overnight steel cut oats recipe. Do this right before you go to bed:
In a saucepan, bring four cups of water to a boil. Add one cup of uncooked steel cut oats and let the water come back to a boil. Boil the oats for one minute. Seriously, only one minute. Then turn off the burner, cover the saucepan but leave it on the stove, and go to bed. If you have an electric stove, dont put the cover on for a minute or two while the water is still actively boiling, because that could cause spillover. In the morning, your oats will be cooked perfectly.
This recipe makes a ton, you'll have a week or two of oatmeal breakfasts.
Paula, thank you so much, I will try that. I have tried more recipes than I can count but I never tried this one minute method. I want my oatmeal to taste like Jamba Juice's!
DeleteThis is suych a great list! I hope you don't mind if I steal some from you :)
