After struggling with posterior tibial tendonitis for so long, I had a hard time even looking at a training plan because I wasn't sure if my foot would hold up.
After doing San Francisco and Rockin' The Coto Trail, I am finally feeling confident enough to start seriously thinking about Athens.

ReplyDeleteAmbitious plan, looks great. The kickboxing is a very cool twist.
ReplyDeleteFound your blog through RA website. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is one impressive training plan. How hilly is this marathon? Could not find much info on their website?
Gosh, this must be very exciting for you.
Nice plan - I love how you are mixing it up. You go girl!
ReplyDeleteThanks, guys! I'm cautiously optimistic that my foot will hold up to all this running.
ReplyDeleteEwa, it's great to see someone from RA on here! ::waves:: From what I gather, it's supposed to be one of the harder routes in the world. Luckily, I'm a strong uphill runner - working on improving my downhill.
Looks like you have a great plan -- now go rock it!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting! You've got a plan, now enjoy the training!
